lutin : Glad to cause some discussion! They are LSDJ drums -- noise channel only (no lies, or FX added). If anyone is interested, I can provide the patch. I used two snare instruments, one with a shorter table envelope and a little more open. I think they sound pretty awesome for noise channel!

lutin : yea, sorry - I meant s-channel, the polyphonic synth channel (replaced the wav channel from 1.3).

glomag : so others on irc seem to think that is a pitched down LSDJ sampled snare (the one with the longer decay) and that you added noise snare on top for brightness. Correct?
