Soul of the Samurai

Uploaded by Jredd on April 4th 2009, 05:39 PM

I tried to make a decent sounding tune without using the DPCM channel at all. The result is an oriental sounding tune of some sort that I think turned out pretty cool considering this is pure 2A03 - the DPCM channel. Hope you enjoy it!

  • Jredd : I could see how you might think of it as medieval sounding. That fits well too. Thanks for the comments and likes.

  • Deepearthvoid : To me it sounds more dreamy and medieval or something rather than oriental. That wav is sick!

  • We The Sick : thx for the comment and like! :) much appreciated. funny thing, i went to a fast-food japanese restaurant called "samurai sam's" and took home some teriaki steak with rice. when i got home, i saw this on your profile so i listened to it while i ate my food. the tune went very well with my food and it made my meal twice as good.
